New subscriber from Australia. This is the first video I’ve seen of yours and I really loved it. I had no idea that you could do this with decoupage and stamping. It turned out very beautiful. What is the clear plastic?

You can use any sort of plastic sheet - I save the packaging that my IOD Stamps or Transfers come in.
