A friend of mine taught English in Japan for three years and he told me that cost of living is so expensive that it was very difficult to save money by the end of the month so he sent back to America. Here in the United States it is very possible for a dirt poor immigrant to become a millionaire but I don't think that would be the case in Japan. May I ask what city you are from?

@@LayersOfJenn Southern Taiwan is great!! If you like the beach then I also 100% recommend Lambai Island (in Mandarin 小琉球 Xiao Liu Qiu) which is a 4km little island with beautiful secluded beaches, as well as the classic Kenting (墾丁), the southernmost tip of Taiwan🥰
