Also a good use of wing dividers if you have a set big enough. Dry fit the rails to the stiles, add in the combined muntin thickness and then adjust until you can step off three equal increments. Actual number doesn’t matter but the dimensions will all be the same and you can pull a tape for glass size after the fact. I run into lots of oddball sizes of glass lights in early sash, pretty sure they did the same as with most of their layout. Really enjoying your videos, thanks for taking the time to make them.

I took a slightly different approach. I added 1/16” to my window dimension and that allowed for muntin spacing on a 1/16” increment. If needed, I can plane the outside of the stiles at dry fit.
