Layout Back In Business Disaster Resolved May 2024

TMC decided that in the interest of good customer service, they would just replace the handset and not wait for NCE to return their verdict on the broken one. Possibly how it should of panned out from the start but I thank TMC in the end for their decision much appreciated.

Hey Kyle, normal service has resumed even if on a limited timetable. Just like rail network in the UK. Closed, reduced service, strikes, overtime bans such fun.

Hey Andy, yes all worked out in the end even if what happened probably should have happened earlier in the whole affair. But in the end credit where credit is due TMC decided to replace it.

Hey @letsGo_41, maybe so. We will probably never know but if I was them I would of been watching my channel and the chats to see where it was going and it was going. But then again maybe they really did just think lets do the right thing and in the interest of customer service replace the defective unit. Either way I am glad they did so thank you TMC (just in case they are watching lol)

Hey Paul, yes I think that in the end they did. Not sure if they got wind of what was being said and thought oh well in the interest of customer relations we will replace it or just realised that I was about to call that card. In the end they did replace it and all good with the new one.
