Hello! For those who don't know, the greens are actually chives, not leeks! Just wanted to clarify 😊 These look delicious, and I definitely want to try making them!❤

​@Mei 梅 Chives and leeks can both be translated the same in Mandarin as 韭菜, but the vegetables look different and have different flavors. So while technically the translation is not wrong, as you said, the vegetable used in this recipe are chives, not leeks. That's what I meant by my original comment 😊

It does look very appetizing indeed. I'll try making this for sure, but I'll back off on scrambling my eggs in oil as there's enough after it's been deep fried; I'll do the eggs and carrots in my nonstick pan first, no oil needed. I do like your recipes, but calling these nutritious is going out on a limb as there's a very limited amount of nutrition in each fried roll. The benefits of eating these would be they'd be absolutely delicious and very filling. 😋
