The key to being a lazy natural is sticking to the basics, too many people doing extra and compromising the health of their hair.... great video!

"Looking for someone to provide a cure for my laziness...there is no cure for laziness" ooof, she stepped all over my toes-I need to go moisturize my hair asap. Fortunately, I found that listening to an audio book or comedy YT helps the time pass when I'm doing my hair but getting off my behind to actually do it is the hard part.

Lol yes indeed! We gotta get rid of the laziness. It doesn’t help us get to our goals.

I completely agree with you on having the most simplistic routine as possible for my natural hair. I definitely resonate with having dry hair and I found using a little bit of Blue Magic to seal in the moisture from my leave-in conditioner has helped keep the moisture in my hair for a week to almost two weeks.

Blue Magic is still a vibe! IDC what anybody has to say about it! Lol

Yeah blue magic is my favorite! I’m trying African Pride essential oil. It works I wonder if it’ll keep my hair moisture as long as blue magic

Hahaha white girl brush 😂 i love the paddle brush for my curls too, it's literally the best. I use Wet Brush Detangler paddle. Love your videos and realness, thank you!

yeah i don't moisturize more than once a week unless i'm wearing an afro. i have lower porosity so it stays moisturized. afros are too much work for me lol

Wow that’s how I do it now. I rather focus on keeping my hair moisturize than worrying about curls! Now, that I’m doing that curls are trying to pop on its own without me doing too much! I also realize moisturizing my hair twice a week is works best and less breakage!

Try detangling with the paddle brush turned vertically. It runs through the hair more smoothly/uniformly bc of the how the teeth are placed on the brush. Love your hair and videos❤️

This is my first video I am seeing and wow I am impressed. You are speaking right to me with everything that saying. Everything you said I have been super guilty of doing. I don't know how I even still have hair with how dry I let it get. 🙃 but you found a new subscriber today I will watch more videos.

Hi!! New subscriber!!! I enjoy your videos! Two things that I realized helped me to maintain my hair moisturize during the week was to apply my leave in while still in the shower on wash day while my hair is wet and the cubicles are still open. I would then finish up my moisturize routine out the shower and once I'm done with that, apply a plastic bag or shower cap for like 30 min to an hour afterwards to really help seal everything in. It's really helped!! Hopefully this helps you too!

I'm new today to your channel 💓 I love your realness! I'm a keep it extremely simple kind of girl when it comes to my hair and life period. When I first went natural 6 years ago I got caught up in all the different products hype. I let that bull go because all those products DRIED my hair out. I keep it simple with using oils/ grease and I love using my homemade teas with fenugreek seeds and cloves and green tea because my fine strands need all the strength they can get! I use water 💦 and aloe vera juice in the jug from the store and that helps my hair a whole lot with keeping it moisturized. My hair is high porosity and I spray it with my teas/aloe vera juice about every other day. That works for me and greasing my hair seriously helps with length retention! Keeping it in twist/plats at night is a must for me and sleeping in a satin or silk bonnet/pillowcase 💓. Maintaining moisture is the 🔑to healthy hair and getting those trims regularly. Your looks so thick, beautiful and healthy!

Most people lose me at Cantù.. I kno folks love it but there 2nd ingredients is usually always alchohol.. I chose the Jamaican lime protein conditioner.. it says moringa n manuka honey … but I mix that with half oil and use as a leave in.. otherwise I have coMe to a lot of the same conclusions..so I’m glad. I stayed.. n I looove that paddle brush.. I’m grabbing one like that tomorrow.. n Yeah to moisture everyday.. now I think if I’m thirsty my hair might be too ✨

i had to go through the same reevaluation. i thought my hair was just dry, hard to deal with, and wouldn’t grow. but after having colored hair and seeing that my hair indeed grows, i had to really think about my hair habits and why i wasn’t retaining length. now, i feel like i’m getting to know my hair more and more every time i do it and i wouldn’t even think about describing it as dry or unmanageable. as soon as i prioritized detangling, being gentle with my hair, and having a consistent routine my hair has flourished and thanked me for it.

Glow-In-Peace video : kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipq1c6Z-qdKbgrc Hello...I like your videos. This regimen had my hair MOISTURIZED...and the funny thing about it was AFTER I did this regimen for the 2nd time, I wanted to straighten my hair. But guess what!? My hair actually had TOO MUCH moisture in it. So, my hair did not hold the flat iron and curl. I only did it on the sectioned front of my hair for bangs. I had not straightened my hair for YEARS...so I was just wanting something different...my roots are so tight so I wanted to straighten them a bit, lol! I did not do the tea part, you probably don't have to because your hair is thick and long. I use tea when I henna my hair. By the time I found this video, I had already washed my hair. So, I only did the second half of this regimen. Hope this helps you🤍
