Sundays are the best! Pull up a chair and hang out with us as we make some BBQ pulled pork.
We used a 7 lb pork butt for this cook. Seasoned with Kinders Hickory Molasses seasoning and SPG (salt, pepper, garlic). I set the Traeger at 200F and let it roll overnight with Super Smoke enabled. In the morning, I bumped the temp up to 225F for a few hours and finished with the temp set at 250F for the last couple hours. Once the meat hit 190F, we let it rest for about an hour before shredding. All in all, the cook took about 16 hours and it was well worth the wait. So good!
