I already started to question why he didn't get a special fly when he abyssed stopwatch and didn't get a special fly, but when he abyssed that many items and still didn't get any special ones is when I really got suspicious. And then he passed by the one room he mentioned in a previous video that repentance+ fixed and it's the old layout so that confirmed it lol. Side note, I know that he had the item description mod on but he mentioned previously that mods might be fixed already so I just assume that's the case
