When white plays E4 u can go for Caro Kann. It can turn into the advance variation or the exchange variation. It can turn to a tartakower in the exchange. And the fantasy if they push the f pawn u can checkmate in 8 moves if they don’t know how to defend. Just learn the idea of each variation
