I cannot express how heartfeltedly delighted I am that you had fun making this video. And that you've gotten so much figured out about your adhd. I have flirted with burnout before, in all cases but one narrowly avoiding full-on burnout. To be able to continue to do the thing you burnt out on and remember why you started in the first place, to fall back in love with it, that is beyond value. And no matter how high a production value something has, it is always a better product and piece of art when the artist enjoyed making it. This video was such a nostalgia trip. I remember my brother and I and our friends obsessing over the game. Honestly have spent some of the best years of my life on this game and this video helped me realize that I owe a lot of my friendships and happiness to the game. Thank you. I also understand how burnout can really take a toll on the body. Am coming up on my last semester of college and I've been nonstop working on my classes or at work and it makes you feel so tired and drained of energy. My advice is to just remember that you have a ton of people around you that support you and want to see you succeed. Being able to place that trust in others and lessen the burden on yourself is something that's worked wonders on dealing with my anxiety during school. You may just be one person, but you're also the culmination of the friendships, relationships, and collaborations you make.

Thank you for unearthing the recordings of the day Conga was unleashed on the TF2 public. It brought back so many amazing memories. Valve servers turned into an entirely different game as Rancho Relaxo'ing engineers stood watch over the conga dancing masses. I still remember being absolutely astounded by the scale of the Love & War update at the tender age of 12. That was probably one of the greatest days in TF2 history. I hope the sweet supportive people on this comment thread know that their kindness, compassion, unselfishness and love ARE HELPFUL to this guy. The KINDNESS OF STRANGERS has buoyed my spirits when I was enmeshed in Caregiving for my loved one after he survived two strokes irl. Unexpected...spontaneous KINDNESSES...invariably from MEN/youths/even little BOYS helped me bolster my spirits. Genuine concern and support really matters...and ironically most/many of the people I believed loved him/us made the burden more unbearable...as they are the antithesis of KIND and supportive. The silver lining is lovely kind people who were...strangers...acquaintances...neighbours one never knew prior....are KIND. ❤
