Most policies have no impact on the rest of the world but on the US citizens. However, it affects a very small proportion of the population. Despite it being such a noisy issue. Same with LGBTQ etc. The numbers actually affected are tiny. But to them and their supporters it's the biggest issue for everyone in the World.
