Water(room temperature) 200 grams (we use 135 grams) 1:12,

Red bean paste proper amount(there is white sugar fillings in the video for deep-fried cake with wheatflour, we can use the same kind of fillings).2:54,
• Heat the oil with medium low heat, it can't be too hot. If there is slight bubbles when we put a bamboo chopstick in, then we can start deep-fry it till it is golden colored.
