•Ingredients: #simple crispy deep-fried dough sticks
All-purpose flour 500 grams 0:30,
Aluminum-free baking powder 5 grams 0:35,
Baking soda 3 grams 0:42,
Salt 6 grams 0:51,
Oil 1 spoon(about 10 grams) 0:56,
Water 300 grams to 320 grams 1:00,
• Deep-fry it with medium low heat. Don't heat the oil too hot. Deep-fry it till fluffy and golden.
• Tip 1: as we deep-fry it the next morning, with too much water it will be very soft in next morning, and it's not easy to handle. Make adjustment for the the water amount according to the flour condition. It requests for some experience.
• Tip 2: If we are making it for the first time, we suggest checking the video for making dough sticks with bulking agent. The one today requests for more experience.
