LBI Fishing Report 3/3/24

Early spring fishing has begun in the backwaters with the opening of the season on March 1st. Anglers are getting out and about and finding striped bass and perch. We haven’t heard any winter flounder reports but March and April are two great months for them. Tried and struck out at the causeway today. The bloodworms were lively though, good supply you guys got.

Bummer to hear but happy to hear you got out and tried. So far this year the bloodworm situation hasn't been an easy one. Stay tuned as I'm hoping to publish a worm blog in the next few days.
