Yes for sure the Long Beach Island area gets a more consistent bite in the spring then the fall. I think it is mostly due to the fish moving in and out of the bays. In the fall we get fish moving in and out but not the same volume. More are heading down the beach and sometimes do not come in close enough nor park and hang out form a few weeks.
