Safety is a priority in any shop. Clamp your work. Use lubricant depending upon thickness. Start with an automatic punch to prevent drill drift. Begin with a small diameter drill and work upwards in 3 to 4 steps. Use a chamfer tool. Use a deburr tool on edges.

Very nicely done! I genuinely appreciate the visual demonstration of the creation process, especially the metal fab work. Looking forward to part two. AC3DS

Good work, funny ,was just thinking similar ,for the bush trees of 30 meters.. in NZ we get helium tanks for party balloons filling, 30NZD, or carry balloons pumped,hehe..hmm big gas can fill little gas with adaptor..old flyspray can can be bike valved with solder an for to 300 psi max,,,but only use 200 psi,an look it up also..a small CRC or so could pump 2-3 balloons an is only 4cm X 10cm, pocket size..an fill it off you helium tank 15+ times...oh yea when valve is center out,you can pour paint or what you like in can an air pump up.. pepper even..for bears..or just air for dusting or opening REX doors opps.youll have to ask for that one,an show you lockpick cert.or ask nice..an don't use it,just know for real emergency's..
