Great tablet for basically everything. kzbin.infoUgkxLNmVocUk8tnSkwWIlYSNFzWRIaFTBuzS I bought it specifically for art, and that 4k screen is really fantastic for it! Also has LOUD audio, even tho the speakers aren't in necessarily prime locations it really projects!You do need to get a case for this bad boy IMMEDIATLY though as it doesn't come with one.Battery life is really good! Standby time us FANTASTIC. This guy can go about a week on standby and be just fine. The screen is massive so the longer you have the screen on, brightness especially, it will effect battery life. I am very happy with it though!One thing that I didn't consider is that since the screen resolution is so high, viewing ticktocks/ reading webtoons can be slightly blurry. There is no way to turn down resolution either, so it just be like that.Would still judge this bad boi at 10/10 for my first tablet. I've had it 3 months now and its not shown any evidence of "slowing down" or anything. Love it!

Why is nobody ever teling you the truth about the displays? I have Samsung A8 and S6 in front of me. I bought S6 over A8 because I thought I have to have AMOLED. I am terribly disappointed with the AMOLED display of S6. The whites on AMOLED have strong yellow tint and you can't adjust that, it's just the technology disadvantage. AMOLED just can't do pure white color. It's even visible on your video, where you claim that on AMOLED the "white is more natural". No it's not, AMOLED just can't display whie white. Not even single youtuber/reviewer video mentioned that, everyone is raving about "colors popping up" or colors being "vibrant" on AMOLED. Yes, they are "vibrant" in the sense of "unrealistic". Only advantage of AMOLED is the black color is black and white text on black background looks better.
@teohontech71413 жыл бұрын
It could be an issue with your particular unit if it's that yellow. Mine look alright without any strange colour tint.
@Levian-Nighfury2 жыл бұрын
Even the black is not necessarily better on Oled, I would say the LCD have more realistic blacks. When the brightness is adjusted to lower than max.
@CarlosLemans4 жыл бұрын
The AMOLED screen has very noticeable burned highlights and slightly more details in blacks, the LCD has much more details in highlights. Taking in account in the AMOLED the PWM (causes eye fatigue and other health issues) and the burned highlights, the LCD is a much better display.

@teohyc2 жыл бұрын
@@gianpaolof1791 Between these two, main difference is the size. If you have sensitive eyes, the Tab S7+ OLED display may present a problem because it uses PWM and some people with sensitive eyes can detect flicker. Tab S7 uses LCD and does not have flicker.

@@teohontech7141 Do you think LCD is better for the eyes?
@teohyc4 жыл бұрын
@@lowrezz726 Not sure about that, but people have been using LCD for decades without problem. OLED is newer tech, but has also been out for a very long time, and there are no reported (verified) news on being harmful to the eyes. So they are both equally safe. However, OLED may use PWM which some people can detect and causes eye strain, headaches. PWM is most noticeable when display is dim, eg when using in dark environment, at night.

I am in the market for a new tab and I want something OLED because watching stuff at night on my LCD tab at minimal brightness wasnt fun. I was after the S5e as it is only 350€ but the S7+ seems like a killer tab with 12.4" 120Hz HDR and also 2 years newer, high end SOC and S Pen. But its 805€ for me...
