വളരെ നല്ല ഭക്ഷണ രീതിയാണിതു് ഞാൻ ഈ ഭക്ഷണ രീതി പിൻതുടരുന്നു എന്റെ ഷുഗർ ലെവൽ 510 ആയിരുന്നു ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ 158 ആയി കുറഞ്ഞു

ആദ്യമായി നന്ദി പറയുന്നു. ഇത് കേട്ടപോൾ ഇത് ഫോളോ ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്ന ഫ്രൂട്ട്സിനെപ്പറ്റി ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞു കണ്ടില്ല. അതും കൂടി ഒന്നു പറഞ്ഞു തന്നാൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു.

ഇങ്ങനെ ഡയറ്റ് ചെയ്തു വെയിറ്റ് കുറച്ചാൽ ഡയറ്റിങ് നിർത്തുമ്പോ വെയിറ്റ് തിരികെ കേറും. വെയിറ്റ് കുറയ്ക്കാൻ ലൈഫ്‌സ്റ്റൈൽ ചെയ്ഞ്ച് ആണ് വേണ്ടത്. വെയിറ്റ് ലോസ് കൂടെ അത് മെയിൻടെയിൻ ചെയ്യാൻ ചില വഴികൾ. 1. ബേൺ ചെയ്യുന്നതിൽ കൂടുതൽ കലോറീസ് കഴിക്കരുത്. മിതമായ അളവിലേ ഭക്ഷണം പാടുള്ളു. 2. നാല് നേരത്തിനു പകരം ആറു നേരം ആക്കുക ഭക്ഷണം. 3. ഒരിക്കലും വിശപ്പ് തോന്നുന്ന വരെ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാതെ ഇരിക്കരുത്. വിശപ്പ് തോന്നുന്ന മുൻപേ എല്ലാ ദിവസവും കൃത്യ സമയത്തു തന്നെ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുക. 4. വയറു നിറയെ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാതെ ഇരിക്കുക. വിശക്കുമ്പോൾ കഴിച്ചാലുള്ള കുഴപ്പം അതാണ്. ഒരുപാട് ദഹനരസം ശരീരം ഉത്പാതിപ്പിക്കും വിശന്നിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഭക്ഷണം കണ്ടാൽ. അപ്പൊ നമ്മൾ വയർ അറിയാതെ കഴിച്ചു പോകും. ആവശ്യത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ കലോറികൾ ആവും. 5. വെള്ളം നന്നായി കുടിക്കുക. അത് ശരീരം ഹൈഡ്രേറ്റ് ചെയ്യും. ടോക്സിന്കളെ flush ചെയ്യും. 6. മല മൂത്ര വിസർജ്ജനം കൃത്യമായി ചെയ്യുക. അതും എല്ലാ ദിവസവും ഒരേ സമയം ടോയിലറ്റിൽ പോകാൻ നോക്കുക. 7. എന്നും രാവിലെ എണീറ്റ് ഒരു രണ്ടു ഗ്ലാസ് ചെറു ചൂടുവെള്ളം കുടിക്കാം. വേണമെങ്കിൽ നാരങ്ങയും തേനും ചേർക്കാം വെള്ളത്തിൽ. 8. ബ്രെക്ഫാസ്റ്റ് ഒരു എട്ടു മണിയോട് അടുപ്പിച്ചു കഴിക്കുക. ഒരിക്കലും ബ്രെക്ക്ഫാസ്റ്റ് ഒഴിവാക്കരുത്. ഡിന്നർ കഴിവതും 7 മണിക്ക് മുൻപും ആവണം.

പലരും പല അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളും പറഞ്ഞു കണ്ടു. ഞാൻ ഇതൊന്ന് പരീക്ഷിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ഇൻഷാ അല്ലാഹ് ഒരു മാസത്തിന് ശേഷം വീണ്ടും വരാം.. 99 കിലോ വെയിറ്റും 5 അടി 9 ഇഞ്ചും ഹൈറ്റ് എനിക്കുണ്ട്. ദിനവും യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്ന ജോലിയാണ് (ട്രെയ്‌ലർ ഡ്രൈവർ) എന്റേത്. എത്ര കണ്ട് ഇതുപോലെ ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുമെന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല. എങ്കിലും ഒരു ശ്രമം.. പ്രഷറും ഷുഗറും കൊളസ്ട്രോളുമൊക്കെ നോർമൽ ആണ്. എന്നിരുന്നാലും തടി അൽപ്പം കുറയുമെങ്കിൽ ഒന്ന് ചെയ്യാമെന്ന് തോന്നി.. നല്ല ഉപകാരമുള്ള അറിവുകൾ പകർന്നു നൽകുന്നതിന് നന്ദി അറിയിക്കുന്നു.
