Chronicler debated by far the best, he actually had real points and tried to convince people despite his own disbelief in KDF. Unfortunately imo there's no universe where KT isn't the favourite for 5th, I just think they are in a different tier than KDF and BNK altogether.

This. They didn't mindlessly glaze him for his current performance, they didn't defend him or try to position him as still a strong mid laner, but they mentioned his past achievements and the immense pressure he is under. It wasn't used as an excuse either, just stating facts; he is not the best right now, hasn't been for some time, probably not even in top 3 currently, but the guy is the guy and anyone who hates on him for whatever reason is dumb. I'd like to remind that people do not hate Faker, they hate Faker fans.

Historically speaking, it's very unlikely that the MSI champ will also win Worlds. It's also more unlikely that the #1 team in the split will even reach Worlds finals. You think GenG are unstoppable, yet they lost to TES at the EWC. We have no idea what's gonna happen.

People applied the same stupid logic for MSI and said historically GENG chokes at internationals, so they can never win. Look i can do exactly what you do. 2023-Historically a player never won Worlds 4 times and T1's new squad always chokes at internationals so they can never win, yet Faker and T1 diddid. 2022-Historically a 6th place team in a region doesn't win Worlds, yet they did. 2021-Historically EDG only won MSI and not Worlds, yet they won Worlds. 2020-Historically LCK was a much weaker region than a few years ago and LPL is the dominant force so DK has no chance, yet they won. 2019-Historically IG and G2 look way stronger than everyone else and FPX only disappoint, yet they won. 2018- Historically LPL never won Worlds and is an MSI only region so China has no chance, yet IG won. You can apply your stupid logic everywhere. You're not basing your argument on facts, you're basing them on some fallacy that doesn't exist. Fact is GENG is the strongest team in the World right now. That's a fact. Not an opinion. Does that mean they are guaranteed to win, no. But the strongest team is historically most likely to win Worlds. That's a fact.
