They felt that they were on a timer and that they would only get worse in a long series-Keria says he himself got headaches and cognitive fog halfway through the series-so they didn't play as rigorously as they normally would have. Agree that it's weird four players all had false negative tests just before the event... but what incentive do they have to cover up their tests? Weren't remote games allowed for playoffs? Basically the thing about false negative tests is, even if you have symptoms but is on the early stage of the infection, the viral load (amount of virus) in your body may be on the undetectable level, especially if you are vaccinated and has a strong immune system. We usually tell our patients (yes, I work in the medical field: lab scientist) to get their test done after 5 days of exposure or at least 3 days after the symptoms first started. By then the viral load will be on detectable levels and the kits will work properly. T1 may have done the RT-PCR test the day after the finals (I'm not really sure on this), hence the positive result. RT-PCR results mostly comes out after 24 hrs or more depending on the machines they use and the workload.

But really, he gets a cs lead in lane, then fucks off to a sidelane and doesn't impact the game. Chovy only wins the game if he gets to do whatever he wants on the map, at his own pace and nothing goes wrong in the other roles. He doesn't have the x factor or killer instinct at all.

TLDR: trade Chovy to T1 and roleswap him to top I've always thought about Chovy as an amazing weapon a team could use. He's near perfect mechanically speaking, but he needs someone to tell him what to do and point him in the right direction in order to get the most out of him. It's infuriating to see him get leads and absolutely do nothing with it. I recently rewatched Faker's 2017 series against RNG and while his and Chovy's laning was extremely similar in the sense that they get insane CS leads in lane, the way Faker leveraged his solo leads to get the other laners gold was night and day. Strictly out of lane, it was like watching a plat player vs a challenger player.

I feel Thorin just tries to make fun of DL just because they dislike each other, the video he reference with Vulcan it wasn't like DL was giving it a lot of thought to ensure his points were accurate on the other good supports. They also discussed why Summit won't easily listen to Max Waldo as a coach since he's probably younger than Summit and Koreans have an age hierarchy.

Things pro players do on Ahri that bother me Everfrost is her Secondary Mythic, Ludens is her main Mythic You have to have MPen, and you have to have Dmg boosts in your core build (first 3 items) you only have space for 1 defensive option (including boots) Do not go everfrost into defence items, you do not go Merc treads for Lane unless you are being camped Horizonal focus is stylistically good but mathematically bad, Shadowflame and Lich bane are both stylistically and mathematically good There are two kinds of mages, passive and initiative powered mages. Passive powered mages are the likes of Victor and Oriana who just need gold to attain power. Initiative powered Mages have good parts of their power budget put into active tools but will be outdone by passive mages. Ahri is in the 2nd category You can cancel Lee sin Q with Charm Leblanc counters Ahri, not the other way around Charm flash is an elementary skill

For the question about the strongest region the past 4 years, that's by definition 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, Korea was so bad overall in 2018 and 2019 that EU GOT THE 4TH WORLDS SEED The LPL won 3/4 major tournaments in those years 2 years, LCK cannot, by any means, be said to have been better than LPL in the past 4 year period. Edit: Taking the "EDG looked shaky and Damwon choked angle": mental is part of being the better team, being able to adapt and prepare for a specific opponent even if you had a rough tournament start is too. Also EDG beat Gen G and RNG, Damwon T1 and MAD to get to the finals, how exactly is it an argument against EDG that they looked shakier in their run? RNG was at least as good as T1 and Gen G got 1st over MAD in the group.
@Gurpreet-sv5zg2 жыл бұрын
One thing you're insinuating that's pretty much a garbage argument and something even casual sports fan can articulate is that the region (conference/divisions for sports fan) that may end up winning it all does not mean that said region (conference/divison) is the best. For instance, take the NBA. Overall, the western conference has always been the best even when the East has won because their overall teams have a better winning record than the east and even their lowest seed is a far better team than the East mid tier seed. Let's take 2021 argument. LPL won it despite having 2 teams out of 4 advance. 1 team wins it all while 1 makes it to quarter. RNG struggled heavily in the worst groups ever with LMS/LCK 4th/EU 2nd seed with their star player not attending. Despite being in arguably one of the worst groups ever, RNG still looked awful. Some other arguments for your other points. EDG won worlds with the lowest win rate percentage. That is by definition the most shakiest in their run. That's a fact. EDG didn't look amazing by any means considering they were just heavily reliant on the meta. Now we see EDG without their bread and butter meta and oof they smell nasty.
@kissblade85872 жыл бұрын
@@Gurpreet-sv5zg So LPL wins LPL and MSI and yet the region is weaker? That sounds like a better argument for you ... how? You're acting like LPL vs LCK had an overwhelming edge to LCK 2021 - which was flat out not true because across 2021, LPL has like a 6 games+ head to head edge against LCK. Also yeah EDG looks worse because now they're playing against strong teams and players can *gasps* burnout after they win the World Championships. Imagine that ...
@Gurpreet-sv5zg2 жыл бұрын
@@kissblade8587 Here I will explain it again since a lot of esports fan don't indulge in any sports so for them it's a very foreign concept. Best region =//= best team. I think we can all agree on that right. 2019 G2 winning MSI did not make EU the best region in the world. Can we agree with that? DWG winning 2020 worlds did not make KR the best region in the world. Okay since you think using ellipsis somehow connects and end your sentence I may have to dumb this down a lot more. Here we go. "You're acting like LPL vs LCK had an overwhelming edge to LCK 2021" Did I say anything like this? If you need to move the goal post and put words in my mouth people only see an idiot arguing to himself. Focus on the content. "LPL has like a 6 games+ head to head edge against LCK" Now this is an argument you need to make. Does H2H against a specific region. As well, do you count every single game from MSI to Worlds when they are different tournaments on a different meta. For instance, Worlds imo would mean more relevance since Worlds is a superior tournament and people have time to prep for the meta whereas MSI you barely have decent scrim partners practicing on a unique meta. EDG are playing similar level of teams except the meta has shifted. Here I'll let you do something special. Search up Flandre champ history during worlds. Tell me which champion is #1 on his most played worlds. What that winning percentage is. Now tell me what happened to said champion this meta and how Flandre performed on said champion when barely anyone is playing it top. That's called a meta shift.
@zeinmets35502 жыл бұрын
While I do agree with your opinion on the LPL being the better region over the last 4 years, I have to disagree with some bits of the last part of your statement. By no means were RNG as good as T1 at Worlds last year. They were messy, very beatable, and they even almost finished below HLE. EDG just happened and managed to hit a peak that they had not hit since the very end of Summer in the finals - that's how and why they beat Damwon. Their series with Gen.G was dumpster fire when compared to what went down between Damwon and T1
@D1L1vidz2 жыл бұрын
what the fuck did G2 do to these guys? they talked about no support being able to match hylisang's champ pool except trymbi. targamas had the most unique champs played in the whole regular split. they talked about G2 not being able to play zeri. They played it last week. they talked about flakked not being a carry adc. literally had the best kda out of any player last weekend over 2 series. They also don't talk like BB has beaten wunder in lane multiple times this split. jankos and caps are still Jankos and caps. Even if they might not be head and shoulders better than everyone else anymore. It will be a tough game and fnatic are favourites but they talk like this game will be a blowout but depending on draft and who shows up, I think G2 can take this series and it's not even a small chance.
@D1L1vidz2 жыл бұрын
also humanoid inted his heart out on tf and they are praising him for trying to make things work. like I understand what they are saying but it seems very biased. Why EG would choose to set themselves under such immense pressure by picking Renekton Nidalee in a meta where both champions aren't very strong is beyond me. They pretty much stomped TL n game4 and choose to pick a comp that is not only bad but also hard to properly execute and get a big enough lead on to actually win the game
