You may need a stiffer primary spring, you’re slipping it seems like in high range.

Some will loose around 5-15mph if your running the mud. I’m running the sport utility on the 27,28” and only lost maybe 1-2 mph but you get a way better throttle response for that the rawr off so, IMO DEFINITELY worth the money.
@chaseschuckers63453 жыл бұрын
Just bought one same as you did you run the white spring or the grey one? And what’s the difference
@DustyB17763 жыл бұрын
@@chaseschuckers6345 I actually applied the red one (for me was the thickest/heaviest spring) they just engage the clutch at different rpm levels if I’m correct. When you go to take off the primary clutch it’s pretty simple. The secondary one depending on how old yours is might have to get the puller to change out the helix. Don’t do what I did and use a T25 drill bit just use a screwdriver with a t25 on it so it doesn’t strip out.
@DustyB17763 жыл бұрын
@@chaseschuckers6345 I’m not an expert but if you change the helix(unless you got one with Ebs) you will lose your ebs or at least a good majority of it. When you run it in low you should start to feel the torque and might even pop wheelies.

@@gabehardman it depends on what kit you’re running they have different engagement rates. At least with my Polaris CVT clutch. But my sport utility on my twin 700 efi sure pulls wheelies. I’ve lost only around 3 mph on average. You should call QSC and talk with Ryan tell him what you’re running and what you want he’d set you up. It’s around the same price as a full kit from EPI but QSC doesn’t include the helix on a lot like EPI does. quadshopcustoms.com/contact
