But if you were to only make the simple edit of cutting that out you can see that everything he says is pretty insightful and intelligent. Maybe "well spoken" is not the best descriptor, but he's smart, humorous, and enjoyable to listen to if you can get past the "likes."

Same thing happened last split where some teams where waaay overrepresented while other teams were underrepresented. TL had 7 appearance and FLY had 6, meanwhile DIG, C9, and SR each had 1. I saw a comment that was apparently from the person who is supposed to schedule these and they said sometimes it's cuz the pros/orgs say no or aren't still around or whatever.

'Umm' and 'like' typically are words that people use in coversations to stall. Without a script they have to come up with the answers to the questions on the spot, so saying 'umm' and 'like' buys time for then to think of the rest of their answers without leaving dead space in the response window.
