Çimstone sponsorluğunda gerçekleşen Şef Osman Sezener ile Gastronomi Yolculuğu “Lyon- Le Bouchon Sully”
Le Bouchon Lyonnais derneğine kayıtlı olan ve bilinen bir durak olan Sully'nin şefi Julien Gautier, Lyonlu olduğu ve geleneksel lezzetleri insanlarla buluşturmak istediği için restoranı 2014 yılında açmış ve kendi deyimiyle yeni bir hikaye yazmaya başlamış. Lezzetlerini sevenleriyle buluşturan Julien, Lyon spesiyalleri, klasikler ve sezonun sunduğu malzemelerle bouchon kültürünü yaşatıyor. Restoranın öne çıkan lezzetleri arasında Rhone nehrinden çıkan balık ve yumurta akıyla yapılan kabuklu tatlı su kereviti ile sunulan Quenelle, şam fıstıklı ve kaz ciğerli pate en croute, gerdanlı, deniz mahsullü ve boğazlıklı volovan yer alıyor.

Julien Gautier, the chef of Sully, at the same time which is registered to the Le Bouchon Lyonnais guild, opened the restaurant in 2014 and with his own words, has started to write a new story as he came from Lyon and he wanted to meet traditional flavors with people. Julien, who presents his flavors with the enthusiasts, keeps the bouchon culture alive with Lyon specialties, classics and the ingredients that the season offers. Among the prominant flavors of the restaurant, the Quenelle, served with the freshwater crusted crayfish and which is made with the fish out of Rhone river with egg white, pate wn croute with pistachio and foie gras, volovan with neck and seafood.
