I enjoyed the video and it moved quite fast with some hints as to what to eat. However, there are few actual suggestions as to where to go. I had to backtrack and x-reference with other websites as to where the producer went. No biggie but I suppose that will keep the hordes out of the restaurants...

1st error : Your first image was in front of Pralus (actually, initially from Roanne some 80 kms away) ... U should have tried "Praluline" the best brioche on the planet ! Now you have to come back for it and more food and wine !

I have been there and went in a restaurant called picnic en ville. They were doing traditional ravioles. It was really great and the people really friendly. Did you visit them?

Saint-Félicien is not from Lyon Cervelle de canut is named" after the canuts, the silk workers of 19th-century Lyon. Its name is thought to reflect the low opinion the affluent in Lyon had of the weavers."

I think fewer people can speak English in Lyon than they can in Paris. But they are probably friendlier than Parisians perhaps 😅
