Même depuis la France, j'attendais patiemment le retour de Caliko, et ce retour avec la musique de Ratatouille, Le Festin, je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux tout simplement, c'est mon film d'animation préféré, en partie car ça se passe près de chez moi mais surtout car la musique est tellement belle!!! Bravo pour cette interprétation.👍

But still despite only listening to your genshin arrangements, I find this one quite beautiful from heart, gives a really different but yet enjoyable feeling compared to the original one. 100/10

I remember dining with my friends of highschool, serving the food while singing this song to the top of my voice. We all came together the last day everyone would ever be meeting together, some were leaving the country to study, others for work or opportunities abroad. We all united to sing, and this song was the closing piece of our night. This brought so many good memories out, Caliko. Thank you for giving it a go, I loved it.

Great playing as usual! I watched your Zankyou no Terror medley (again) the other day and it made me wonder if you've watched Vinland Saga. They're not similar, but it's got one of my favourite anime soundtracks, and given that you also seem to like all my other favourites (Made in Abyss, Evan Call's work, etc) I thought it'd be likely that you'd enjoy Vinland Saga's music too :D It helps that it's also a great show

I’m having fun read your short stories, I read with a little smile while listening to your cover. For some reason I didn’t feel chaos at all in your situation, all I feel is peace and comfort and home sweet home. In my opinion, the angle doesn't look as good as in the old videos, although maybe I'm just not used to it. It seems that before you could see a lot of interesting details, the interior of the room, the window outside also seemed bigger. In any case, I'm glad that you're back. For the last couple of months, I've been learning Frieren the slayer from your arrangement. Before, I couldn't read notes, but now it's so cool, I can play exactly like you, every note. At first, it made me a little excited. I also realized how hard it is to play expressively and accurately control the pressure of the notes, you do it so accurately and gently. Even fast arpeggios in the left hand you can play very restrained. So that the main theme still remains in the foreground. (I'm talking about Frieren the slayer)

I agree, I love Frieren OST. I want some pianist (and while I’m wishing why not an incredible one like Caliko?) to cover the gorgeous piece that plays in ep. 4 as part of the new year’s day sunrise. But someone more familiar with transcription said it wouldn’t work for solo piano 😢.

@@danilkubay7524 Thanks! Regarding Frieren, that’s how it started initially. I watched the first season 3 times by now, got caught up on the manga, listened to the OST over and over and started transcribing. I got so into it! But then with the move I haven’t had enough time to sit down and arrange, since that’s the most time consuming thing of all 😔

@@elio564 Yeah I had a feeling the tempo was still high - I learned it from kno’s arrangement, and when you listen to that you’ll see it’s even faster there. I realized that very late after already learning it, and slowing down afterwards is really, really tricky

I Love Le Festin, great rendition! I have a request. Could you please do something (or a few things) from the "Over The Garden Wall" soundtrack? I just finished the show and it is amazing. I can't recommend it enough, especially given the other soundtracks you've played. The show is full of cute vibes, but it also has somewhat retro vibes in the animation and serious and or creepy vibes throughout.
