The university life was amazing and full of joy. 2) people fail the exam because it's 350 it's just because the exam is extremely hard 4 year exam( grade 9,10,11 and 12) and every subject have the hard possible questions which can be answered by people who study hard 3)The 3rd thing I wanna clarify is cheating is not avoided yet but it's very tough to cheat

Mahi's Lojic about the unfair situation on how the women can not get equal chance as the men for being promoted to be a director is wrong in my Opinion. Having a baby is the biggest gift of all for womens and it should not be considered as a disadvantage. In this case Mahi is portraying this as a disadvantage. If that women decided to have a baby, thats a big deal for her and she must give all the time and take care of the child. Work is work, the company's objective is to get things done no matter the case. And they will only choose the ones who works the best for them. So, if this women wanted the position of a director but at the same time decided to be a mother, she should know for a fact that having a baby during that period of time is not going to get her where she wants to be at. Maybe she could have waited to be director and then have a baby. But i dont think her having a baby should be counted as "unfair" thing because its not. No one is going to come up to her and say "oh, we will give you this position because you has a baby". Womens needs to clear out this delusional way of thinking about men and women getting equal things. Men and womens can never be equal because they have totally different natures. We need to accept our nature and do what we can do by balancing each other out. For the women thats having a baby, her husband is probably working out there to provide and secure his family so that she could feel safe and nurture here child.

It's because you're direct and honest but still manage to keep a sense of humor. Listening to you is really easy because you don't just discuss based on your emotions but on your knowledge and common sense/logic. You have a perfect balance. And Abel, please educate yourself before you claim something like "Black people are responsible for White Privilege". That statement couldn't be any more false. White Priviliege is the result of a systemical problem. I know, topics like these might not be a big deal for you or other Ethiopians who live back home, but coming from a girl that was born and has grown up in the Western World, I could tell you so many examples of white privilige that I have even experienced in my own life. Again, it might never have been a big deal for you since the only time you went to Europe or USA was for work or vacation BUT it's the reality of us every day. You were really insensitive with this topic, but I realized this probably comes because of a lack of knowledge in this topic area. So next time, please do better and try to inform yourself before you discuss on things you know very little about.
