I don't have 2014 cars unlocked but 2015 ares unlocked so can i play this race with 2015 stock car or do i need to upgrade them? And i wonder if getting 2015 cars will unlock this event?

To do the 10 lap race I’m doing in this video you pretty much have to be fully upgraded. PR requirement for the race is 96.0.

0:29i don’t get that corner cut, ususally i spin out or if i cut it properly, im still slower than the bots

That's a hard one. You have to brake as if you aren't going to cut, using the same braking point. Then you cut across the grass and get back into the gas when you can. I still lose traction there as well. Tilt B helps as I can lift and recover pretty fast.

Thanks man. When you first start this game, it has all your assists on high. That makes it really hard to win races. If you ever can switch to having no assists, it makes a big difference. It's a an adjustment though.

10 lap rolling start as in this video (2015 cars) = 28,800. It pays a little extra because of the partial 11th lap. Then there’s the older 10 lap regular start (2014 cars) = 28,400

I use cockpit view. Does that make it more difficult to maneuver or does it matter?

I think it's whatever you prefer. I can't really race with any other view, but I've known some great drivers who used other views.

I found Porsche short track really hard in cockpit view. You actually can't see the track at some points, especially after the hood gets bent from damage. But I imagine I would adjust to it if I gave it enough tries. You can see what I'm talking about in the video at the end here. The MP4-X at Le Mans is one of the hardest races in the game. You've got to drive it pretty clean and the action happens pretty fast. But it's also the highest paying race in the game, so it's well worth the efforts. Here's the video where I try cockpit view. Why did the race start unusually?

I’m not sure what you mean. I made this one a little while back so I don’t remember doing anything unusual. I just now went and started a race and it seems to start the same way this does. I certainly cut some of the loading time, since it just looks like a screenshot for 10 seconds otherwise. Or are you talking about that special screen I put at the beginning? Where the car appears on the right hand side?

ME7 I think he meant how the race started with you rolling near the end of the first lap as opposed to starting from 0 mph win the grid at the starting line. That is how the 10 lap races in Endurance Legends start, anyway....

@@ty39_ Sorry I didn't reply, I don't know why this post got buried in the spam box! As Knox said, this race starts with a rolling start. It's about 10 1/2 laps. That's how it is for the 2015 LMP1 cars. The 2014 LMP1 cars get a standing start. The 2015 version pays a little more, 28,800 but it is also harder. When I was first doing it I sometimes didn't catch 1st place until lap 10! Now I am much faster there. The 2014 version pays 28,400 but it is faster and a lot easier. You can be in the lead by the first bridge on lap 1 if you cut corners. Even if you don't cut, it's pretty easy to be in the lead on lap 1.

all this grinding is just so tiresome what i like to do is to minimize spending and just settle for minimum reward from multiplayer and whatever reward i can pull weekly from the time trial instead of going 10 laps round lelmans like i used to

I know what you mean man. I kind of flip flop between farming methods. I used to run the 10-lap race minimum once a day, often twice. Then I got into endless endurance racing at Porsche short track. On every fame bonus day I would run for 2 or 3 hours! Eventually I felt like throwing up every single time I got on that track!! So I took a break from that for a while. I guess we do what we have to do.
