🎬 Scene Description:
After Cruellas sudden awakening, She is in search of a furrier to make her Hooded spotted puppy coat. Dressed in disguise she sits in the audience during fashion week before persuading him to join forces. The 'House of Dev il' is set for a revamp!
🎞️ Movie Description:
After three years in prison, Cruella de Vil has been cured of her desire for fur coats by Dr. Pavlov. She is released on probation, but warned that if she breaks parole she will be forced to pay the remainder of her fortune, some eight million pounds, to all the dog shelters in Westminster. Cruella therefore mends her working relationship with her valet Alonzo, and has him lock away all her fur coats. Cruella's probation officer, Chloe Simon, is the owner of Dipstick (one of the original 101, bought from the Dalmatian Plantation of Roger and Anita Dearly) and suspects Cruella will strike again.
Cruella has been transformed into a good woman after she leaves prison. However, the sound of Big Ben causes her to go back to her devious ways and she decides to kidnap 102 Dalmatian puppies for a new coat.

It’s based on true events. Groups like PETA and other more extreme animal rights groups have been throwing red paint, or more commonly, tomato sauce, paste or tomato’s themselves with the explicit intent to both protest against the fur trade and prevent/discourage the furs from being sold. They been doing this since at least the 1970s.

The problem with fur is not the impact on environment, it's mostly an ethic issue: Animal Cruelty and sometimes they are made out endangered animals. The issue with synthetic fur is on the other hand an environpental issue as they are made out of micro plastics and are very polluting.

Also, if the demand skyrockets as you say, humans would be tempted to farm those animals: raise, breed and produce, which would create pollution due to production AND would accelarate food shortage as a huge part of food production would be turned into food for these animals. We already have this problem with fethears (peacock feathers, ostrich fethears, ara fethears). The animals are no longer in their natural habitat which makes their preys proliferate (plants, insects, etc) or their predators die out of hunger. I was just pointing out how the original comment made it sound like Fur is less problematic than faux fur, which is not, they're both problematic.
