Welcome to PiggyPower... thanks for coming along.. in this episode I walk you round a bit of a barn find... a Peugeot 204 from 1976!
Imported into the UK in 2003 and sat in a shed for about 10years...
Lets see what we have and what needs to be done to get it on the road!
Next episode I will get it rolling and running and MAYBE a first drive!

Awesome project. My uncle had loads of these back in the 70s in 204 and later 304 flavour in estate form. Looking forward to it. 👍👍

@@PiggyPower My abiding memory of was how solid feeling they were - the big super comfortable squashy vinyl seats and cosseting ride. My uncle would always have a large 504 estate for main family duties and as he was a Gp a smaller 204/304 as a runaround and work car. They were my first insight in to the Peugeot brand as a young lad. 👍

Yeah, they feel (now) very thin. But the seats are like sofas!! I'm looking forward to super comfort! 👌🐷

@@PiggyPower Yes in comparison to more modern cars they do appear to be quite thin and tinny - but compared to contemporary Ford Escorts they were like a Rolls Royce! Obviously being a car that came from the late 1960s the 304 was getting rather long in the tooth itself by 1976 and it wouldn't be long until the mechanically similar but rather more modern and svelte looking 305 would arrive in 1977.

Hi So wonderful to find this channel, a 204 restoration in... English!!! Finally. Would love to speak with you personally... I own a 72 sedan, the only one that is still running here in Israel. Its hard to find parts over here and in general. If you can help me somehow with importing stuff from overseas I would be thankful.
