I believe that Brad is out of practice. His voice was amazing as a high schooler when he sang that and I think understandably he's lost it as he's moved to other pursuits, but I'm sure that Alan and Lea (who still are excellent musicians) wouldn't want to sing with anything else. I never knew much about the singer so Salonga is actually a legendary Singer. The song was actually the right sound and of course the Lyics of track made their way into the Movie after it was released in the year 1992. 30 years later the lyrics still give us a sense of wonder, The most difficult issue is that I didn't really understand English back in 1992. It is a very Romantic and unforgettable song.
