Chastin, thank you so much as always for all your information it is gold apreciate you! now I do want to go ahead and ask you I have thought about reaching out to leads that I haven't been in contact with like when I Doorknck and I don't have their phone number some people are just skeptical when you're knocked their door and they're friendly intercepting yet they don't give you their phone number is it weird to send them a friend request on Facebook ? I see that you've mentioned Facebook so I brought me to that thought. I have sent friend request and after a couple days I thought it was kind of weird so I agree I deleted the request maybe I shouldn't have. Should I just be sending private messages maybe that would be less creepy 🤔🏡💓
@ChastinJMiles4 жыл бұрын
No it wont be creepy. Do what you can to make contact. Don't worry about how it may seem, just be concerned with your desired outcome.

Well after 2 years of hard work, I now have 550 active leads, and I had to think about how to be more efficient about keeping in touch with them. I ended up using a large Google sheets table, which I can sort and filter, and above all put a first contact date. It is easy enough to have Google sheets adding automatically 30 days or 90 days, and color the cell in red when one gets close to that date. I try to call everyone at least once every two months.

Whew chile. Every 2 hours seems like too much. I HATE when sales people call or text me like that. U dont feel like you're forcing them?
@ChastinJMiles5 жыл бұрын
My take on it is...this helps feed out the serious from the not so serious. Once they respond back, we don't keep them on that schedule. If someone doesn't even have the decently to say yes or no, then we keep them on a schedule at least until we hear something.
@porschehamilton97175 жыл бұрын
@@ChastinJMiles awwww ok. I thought you call on that schedule even after an answer or response. Now it makes sense to me. Forgive me I'm a lil slow lmao

@@ChastinJMiles but what if they never respond? At what point do u say forget y'all and stop calling
@ChastinJMiles5 жыл бұрын
We don't really. We put them on a monthly drip then a quarterly at that point. Until they say stop.
