Relationship Focus is very close to myt style of IT management. Teach them how to do it, so they can teach others. 🍸🍸

I think relationship focus says more about 'how' you teach them. But I do suspect your style does swing towards w]relationship focus - even though I know how task-oriented you can be when you set your mind to it!
