When I first learned about Transformational Leadership (in the mid-1990s), it blew me away. The idea that a leader can change the people they lead astonished me. But I tried out some of the ideas... and they worked. So, what is Transformational Leadership?

As an American living here in historic Yorktown, Virginia, I have an interesting theory. I believe Queen Elizabeth II was one of the great leaders in world history. She just seemed to have a calming influence and never got flustered. I know she didn't have a lot of "real" power, but the world has gotten much more violent since her passing back in 2022. I liken her style to the way Mother Teresa led her followers.

I am not sure there is a causal link between the death of Queen Elizabeth and any uptick in world violence (if there has been one). Correlation is not causation. Yes, the late Queen was a minor force for good and a major source of UK soft power. She was dedicated to public service and had more years of experience on the world stage than any other world leader at the time of her death.

Please make a video explaining reinforcement theory of motivation

That's a good idea, thank you - it's missing from my Motivation playlist: kzbin.info/aero/PL6vWkk9L7LeE7ly5r-rFBoi0gt1o3yKhH However, I do mention reinforcement in my video on the Psychology of Motivation: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qHqyhZ5rotGjr9E
