It has a decompression lever it has an extra valve on each cylinder that's what starts on gas when it's warm enough you throw the decompression lever it closes the valves kills the mag and than it will fire up on diesel ther is an injection pump and all of the diesel components on the left side and on the right side you have your mag or distributor depending on what year it is and your spark plugs

I am not lying I brought up this video some kid at an auction it was a personal farm auction no reserve the guy had it with an H a450 and then this 1086 they started it up and said the duals went with it the kid didn't do a very good job of videoing but he was close enough I could here it run. It took them forever to get a bid but they finally got it going and they sold it for 5000 dollars I was like why can't my kid find these auction.I couldn't believe it just wanted to tell you about it somebody got on heck of a deal for sure

That Super MTA Diesel would have been good for your channel. Although a bigger diesel tractor would be good, the Super MTA Diesel would handle any implement you have, and do it way cheaper. Our 1066 is hard on fuel.

The IH 686 and Oliver 1655 are the strongest 70hp tractors you’ll ever run. They both really impressed me in the field

I’ve never had a 1755 I did have a 1750 diesel but it was a little bigger and pulled a 5 bottom my 1655 and dads 686 would pull 4 bottoms

I was at the smdta sale. When he backed the tractor up it was really fast.I think it had an overdrive m & w. I could not see where the control was. I had an H that had one. Thought it went low.

There was a Super MTA Diesel for sale on Facebook Marketplace here in North Iowa. Owner had 9000.00 on it, straight sheet metal, narrow front, but the paint was not as nice as this one. It was marked sold 2 days ago after being on FB for about a week.

Auctions are a gamble. It seams I have always paid too much for my tractors as each one I had to rebuild. If you can find a local tractor from an owner you can pay that extra 1k or more which you would pay for shipping and possibly end up with a better tractor. I recently bought a nice 2250 IH loader for $1,200 through an online auction and it cost be $1,200 to ship it 600 miles and was a PITA dealing with the shipper. The seller was so frustrated with the shipper he refunded me $600 on the price of the loader which is unheard of.

Go find yourself an Oliver 1850. Then you'll have the proper green and if you get an 856, you can do a proper tractor comparison between two great tractors.

Hi thanks for the video. I was watching an auction today on here don't ask me where or I can't tell you anything about it but it ran I heard that part sold with duals it was a IH 1086 cab and looked decent went for $5000dollars I couldn't believe they sold it but it was a farm auction and it went. There was another one beside it and it went for 7500 never know what is going to happen.

That 1066 red cab looked very much like what I think needs to join your fleet it had the two piece draw bar you sure haven't shown very many tractor's with that option out your way very common in central US you would sure like that when you do get big power just be patient there is a lot of them to choose from

Technically those early diesels like that didn't have pony motors. They ran on gas to warm up then switched to diesel. Pretty cool. Amazing how they invented that

Someone got a couple of good deals for sure. The 756 was the biggest surprise to me. I figured closer to $15k. The MTA sold a little light. The 1066 was probably about right. It wasn't a black stripe, so that brought the price down a little. They won't be disappointed. Kansas is a long way to ship if you don't have to. I've seen some guys go a long way for what they want. The 1256s definitely sound interesting.
