i know the thing about going into therapy and coming back later. o assume consistency is key in any situation when in comes to adapting positive life changing habits

Hi, what about starting w one self? To 'assume consistency ' can maybe wait? Meditating abit, Studying Stoism, Becoming "A Whole Orange", Get To Know Myself, (little by little..) Without expectativa.. and just 'let go..and flow...enjoying Life, during the process could do?? I am not "in the know".... So these, are just some ideas.. but assuming concistancy seems so impacient, in the beginning of this utterly important knowledge.❤
