Leaflet Add Image To Marker Popup

I am learning Leaflet and built a map with a lot of markers and using clustering plugin. Clusters are placed programmatically and I was trying to figure out how to control initial cluster by state. I realize that I would probably have to do a lot of manual work to provide different queries and latlng for each state but just can't seem to figure out how to do that. Could make a decent video as an exercise to do some custom mapping. Thanks for all the other content, it is really helpful for us beginners.

hi, very informative video, i am starting with leaflet at the moment. i have worked with geojsons and am familiar with static maps. wanted to ask if the my points in geojson have a column with links of photos , can we automate to show the photos on respective popups and have same style? thnx
