It's sad, creepy, and gives you chills. Definetly fits his new lore; he was a bodyguard and overall a nice guy and then he was forced to be experimented on, slowly losing his sanity and even his own body. Then, he came out a monster, butchering poor people because in his eyes, those things are what a doctor does, after all, doctors did that to him. It has a vibe of him chasing a poor "patient" around the hospital to "treat" their injuries.

I like this because, it perfectly contrasts attitude in the way he sees it vs what he's really doing. Love how every concept art of him was on the horror side and then the finished design was a questionably good looking monster-like dude... The new Mundo is 100% a well made VU, but I don't feel like his champion theme can be felt with how he looks, only if you read his lore. This theme is way too scary for a champion that doesn't look scary at all imo.
