Flyquest at 7 is supremely cope, but I respect it as a one time placement due to missing data. But let’s be real here, even factoring in Worlds 2024, 8-9th would have felt much more realistic.

I’m honestly sick of them putting na teams above euw teams when historically and regionally euw has proven to be better than na 9 times out of 10 you put fnc vs tl rn and fnc will win 7 out of 10 games guaranteed

I think there could be a little debate here honestly. Yes historically EU beats NA, look at 2019 G2. However the past year and half, 2 years, NA has been consistently getting the better of EU. NRG knocking out G2 to get to Quarters in 2023. TL beating FNC at MSI and the EWC in 2024. FLY making Quarters this past worlds. That being said, I do agree I wouldn't put TL over FNC at the moment, the 2 games TL played looked really shaky, and while I haven't seen a lot of FNC this year what I have seen looks good. You make a good point saying TL should not be over FNC, I'm just saying in the past couple years NA has been stepping up and knocking EU down a peg

Na has had higher placements and have had better looking teams the for a while now. G2 has been great but it’s really been a 1 team region and nas top talent has out performed for a long while now g2 had the highs at msi even na couldn’t but that’s about it

Poor choice of teams to highlight. 2 BO5 wins from TL over FNC last year, so you may be right if they meet again, but as of recent history I think that it is fair for them to place them higher

@@johnmiskella9981 i think it's just too early for any of this talk to really happen yet. I'd rather wait and see how the teams hold up through First Stand and the spring split before I actually make some real guesses personally

Well, the only two NA teams on the list have the same exact rosters they had last year, it is safe to say they have some added grace considering their performances last year. One best of 3 series is obviously not enough to get a good feel of these teams yet. It’s not necessarily delusion as much as it is not having enough data to go off of.
