I have gone through a really bad breakup in 2021. Never thought about the Philippines but I did have neighbors who were from there. Maybe its a sign that my future soulmate is there. Lovely story guys, I am Australian and I am in a LDR with a Filipina. I tried but failed to find miss right here and I hope I have the connection you have one day. Leah what a special young woman, taking on not only a husband but two children as well, awesome stuff and Blair you obviously a nice bloke an sadly here in the west as they say nice guys come last, I have found that out the hard way. Great love story. I met my husband online and I am not embarrassed about it. We met at the time of our life where we were both ready to settle down and have a family. I am a teacher so there is no way I would go to bars to meet people if I wanted to really meet someone. My colleagues were either gays or married so I decided to go online since I was always on my computer working. I felt something when I saw his picture so it was I who sent a cue I was interested in him. It was only him. I declined politely to others, specially those older ones as of course I wanted to have children and build a family. In April of this year, 2023, we would be celebrating our 10th year anniversary. We live here in France. We do not have much nor we need much, but we have just enough to live a happy life and prepare for the future of our two children. I never regret.

I envy you guys. I haven't been physically together with my canadian husband for almost 4 years and now we are at the edge of separation. Culture difference and my husband is a good man but somehow LDR just doesn't work. I love my husband very much and stayed loyal and faithful all these years.
