Also took a 5 day break over the last weekend. Called in sick for 2 days because I felt very little motivation to work on anything (home office and no work-life-balance y'all) -and PMS-D is a real thing. Now feel much better! You need these breaks once in a while, especially a staycation. There is just something about relaxing at home vs. relaxing somewhere else.

Great to see you doing videos while taking your time and not be stressed about it (the dandelion shot was superb). Also, glad to see Montreal slowly starting to re-open, so that you guys can go to the flower market and have ice cream again. It's the same here in Belgium, where bars and restaurants have reopened their terraces (not yet allowed to have indoor service, though), and it's fantastic to see people having a drink outside again (although I was a bit freaked out the first few days to see how PACKED it was, with mostly youngsters without masks... Belgian people are THIRSTHY, and I guess it shows after one full year of lockdowns and semi-lockdowns). Although the weather has been shite all throughout May, we're finally having a sunny day today, and I'm going to have a drink with a few former schoolmates from my animation student days, which will be fun. Kinda needed it after 2 weeks of doom and gloom, coz I was supposed to go back to Taiwan to enjoy getting a life again (they managed to be the only place on earth to stay COVID free for one full year... And just as I was about to go, BAM ! They got breached, cases are shooting up, and they're now heading towards lockdown... And since everything is starting to reopen here in Belgium, I wasn't in a rush to jump from the frying pan straight to the fire... But it was quite a hard blow to my morale, as I've been eyeing going back to Taiwan for a year, now... Anyway, I guess I'll enjoy my first sunny drink of the year, talking about all the mischief we've done in our animated school days ^^ Oh ! Et bon annif, belle demoiselle !

When I woke to realize it was Friday I was so happy, but as time passed my former excitement started to fade. After a long tour of the park and the hours spent there, I decided to come home. I was disappointed yet again to my surprise. I made a meal, I did my skincare - shit I was tired...but there it was, finally uploaded Leah your videos are something else, I think I speak for many when I say it fills this void in our everyday lives (as sad as it may sound - kinda silly really). I've never been more excited to achieve and stick to the often mediocre tasks in my life, but this is the result of you inspiring me.
