yes, l agree, but the time to stop buying EA games has passed. there was no noticeable dent in sales when they started microtransactions and that isn't likely to stop anytime soon. we may be able to stop people like us from buying their games; but not their target audience. SPOILER FOR SWBF2 CAMPAIGN!! Disney r no better, the entire campaign was marketed be4 launch as you playing from the Imperial side and yet only the beginning 1/3rd of the game you actually play on the Empire side before the game goes the super predictable and cliche route of the Empire-aligned protagonist defecting from the Empire and joining the Rebel's. Not long after the campaign was announced I fucking KNEW it would go that way. In other words false marketing at its best. It woulda been nice if they gave you the option to defect to the Rebel's or continuing the Empire campaign. Just ONCE I'd like to play a SW game that isn't SWTOR where we arent playing as the Rebel's and instead playing as the Empire for the WHOLE campaign. We play as the Rebel's or Republic in practically every SW game released. So boring. At first I was gonna blame EA but then as I thought about it the more it made sense that Disney were the ones who came up with it; I mean think about it, Disney are way too kid-friendly and do u really think they'd let a campaign where you play as the bad guy's happen? its no coincidence that SWTOR allows u to play as the Empire and be a MASSIVE douchebag and then the moment Disney had the SW licence they decide not to let you play as the Empire a whole campaign in any game. If Disney had the SW licence when SWTOR came out I GUARANTEE that they would only let u play as the Republic.
