My biggest hope for the c button is that its either a "connect" or "chat" button. There are court case documents confirming the next call of duty will be on nintendo hardware, so i have a feeling nintendo needed to come up with a more player friendly chat system to make it work

Yeah, I'd like Switch 2 to have an OLED screen at launch. They can just do LED for a later mini Switch 2 or something. I'm already in love with the vibrancy of my Switch OLED screen and I don't wanna go back, considering that I'm still unsure what Switch 2 AAA title I'll wanna purchase during launch. 🤔

I'm really hoping they realize that. Historically, they've taken that into account with their systems. Gameboy > gbc > gba >sp >ds >lite >dsi > 3ds > 3dsxl all consistently upgraded so I'm hopeful

Im hoping the new button is a shortcut to either switching controller profiles (like changing sensitivity or somethin or rebinding buttons) or a quick shortcut to the callibration menu, because currently you have to exit the software, open settings, scroll allllll the way down, click the right callibration option (motion or stick) then set which controller you want and THEN you can callibrate it and then leave the menu, back out again, back out again and then switch back to the game. Like its an entire ordeal to just callibrate my motion controls for splatoon and having a little menu to open a " controller settings" menu like for connecting new controllers changing order, tweaking settings etc would be SO nice. am I confident that's what it is? haha no not even a little bit do I want it to be that? yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes pls pls pls nintendo pls I'm begging you.

He makes it sound like how magnets used to fry old hard drives. Which I don't feel is much of a problem at all anymore. Not like the switch is going to have a spinning disk hard drive or something, but my concern is Imagine a kid picking up the system by just the left joycon and runs off to go play. If it's held on by just magnets I could see the screen going flying or crashing to the floor. That would be a big problem.

The original Game Boy wasn't even in color.. and was a tremendous success. The Wii wasn't even HD... and was a tremendous success. Nintendo needs to keep prioritizing the quality of their 1st party over graphics and will keep doing fine.
