Lean e la Minifabbrica per imparare

This training event, which was by far the first one carried out in our territory, served us to validate and introduce within our company the concepts of "Lean Thinking" and "Lean Manufacturing" ("Lean Thinking" and "Lean Manufacturing"), which represent the fundamental foundations of the most modern and current organizational and production concepts and which, with strong intention, we also want to carry forward in ALUDESIGN.
What we have accomplished has been considered the training event of excellence in the area, and this should make us proud.
