Thanks for your content. I’ve taken on a heavy load the past 6 months/year due to staff reductions. Maybe beyond my experience level but I’m learning a lot. I’m trying to figure out how to prioritize. I’ve been wrapping my head around making sure my supers needs are met everyday and have reduced my email time. One of my project needs lots of design clarity and I could spend all day trying to provide that but need to focus on the longest/critical path at this point. I’m rambling but it’s a difficult job and thanks for your guidance.
