Cardio before lift?? I believe its better to do cardio for post lift right? Or when fasted cardio and 6 hrs away before lifting weights

At 7:55, you mentioned that you doubled your cardio. Did you double cardio from 10min to 20min or from 20min to 40min?

Im afraid ur wrong buddy...when ur truly pulling with ur back muscles and NOT ur arms...ur range of motion probably will b shorter and u might not get as many reps either...🤷🏾‍♂️

Why have the same food?, there is lots of food with protein, mix it up. Fish, meat,chicken,nuts, beans,steak,rice etc. Don't need to be boring 😒, nothing wrong with some sugar too or sweetner and what if you need the calories/size?

Nowadays in the gym,tripods and cameras are more important for people than focusing on the bodypart that they work on. It's sad.

In this particular gym, filming is very much welcomed and I can honestly say if done right, will not impede the quality of the workout. Also it’s a chicken and egg situation; I am one of those people you mention with a tripod, that is in fact how I shot this video, so without that, you wouldn’t have this video to watch.
