Why have the same food?, there is lots of food with protein, mix it up. Fish, meat,chicken,nuts, beans,steak,rice etc. Don't need to be boring 😒, nothing wrong with some sugar too or sweetner and what if you need the calories/size?

In this particular gym, filming is very much welcomed and I can honestly say if done right, will not impede the quality of the workout. Also it’s a chicken and egg situation; I am one of those people you mention with a tripod, that is in fact how I shot this video, so without that, you wouldn’t have this video to watch.
