Mike worked out fasted and managed to endure more reps before feeling a pump. This just shows how powerful training fasted can be when you're already in good shape(w/Good endurance) or start out as a newby training fasted(build the tolerance and endurance).

you have other muscle groups also? My buddy and i go at 4:50 am because we work at 6 so about 45 minutes to work out, we tried this on the weekend and it was killer and took 20 minutes. We were thinking about... Monday Calves and shoulders: Raises and Presses Tuesday Back: Pullups and Tee bar row Wednesday Hills Thursday Chest: Pushups and Dips Friday Legs : Squats and Romanian Deadlift Saturday Biceps and Triceps: This workout Sunday: Movements and deep stretches.

Just tried this workout with my lifting partner and it was insane!!!! Great pump and all it took was one superset!! You are motivation my man and thank you for all the videos. This is now one of my bicep and tricep day workouts for the week for the next 2 months! 💪🏾💪🏾

I’m glad you making world see this. I do skull crushers n inclined curls back to back. As a kid my mentor had me at 12 doing concentrate curls n push-ups back to back for 2-3 hours ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sebastian Seven Yep. It’s called a super set. Doing bi tri training this way keeps the blood in the area without fatiguing the muscles too tough. More blood, more oxygen. You can do the same with back/chest, quad/ham, etc.

My qeustion, I bin training back and fort, but i dont grow that fast. Got fast burning system. How van grow fast true training? What is the best thing to get my back strong again after driving years as a bus driver my back bin damage during my work time a want get fit and healthy again with a height of 1.92 weight 80 kg now. My back is weak and is very difficult to train. I Allways have that in my mind not to hurt my back again. At the age of 42 i feel that I can do it, but the right advice and motivation can get me true that I know for shore. What do you suggest? What type of gear i need? What am doing wrong that I dont grow that fast? Eating is not the problem. What am not seeing are not doing right? Bin watching your programs a while now, so now i want ask what are the option.
