A Once in a generation voice> She stopped me in my tracks the first time I heard her. "Blue" was the song. Immediately went to the store and bought it and I don't think I have missed any of her recordings since then. Range, feeling and talent all wrapped up in one hell of a performer.

Did the same thing! When I heard it I thought it was a song held back and finally released of Patsy Cline's! LeeAnn Rimes is AMAZING, I think when she claimed she was sick and went out to Disneyland when she had a concert to perform and didn't they tried their best to ruin her name. A lot of fans that drove to the concert from out of town to hear her perform were hurt that she did that on the only night they could go.

Thomas Barber ...thanks for your comments. I was simply a concert goer sitting a few seats back using a pocket-sized Canon. Not much more can be accomplished with corrections other than what YTube offers. Even though the quality is low, I still thought it was a worthy share ❤️

She has always been a great vocalist. The only thing missing is the "electricity" to let a stadium stomp and sing along. Notice how Leann focuses too much on vocal technicalities that she misses to electrify the audience like Shania Twain or Taylor Swift do.

Props for being honest i give u that. But she isnt trying to be Prince. My goodness she is just covering his song and she has version when she was younger and it is amazing u should look it up and listen to it. She doesnt add all of that extra stuff to it like in this video. She sings it like its suppose to be sung and Prince himself was so proud of her and said that she us the only one he ever gave permission to record it and put it on her album because she sung it so good.

mellynumerounoo o , as a professional singer I can tell you that there are many reasons. Mostly when you are pushing through a set and have been singing belting notes for a while, you have to pull back so you don't damage vocal chords. She has been power belting as a vocalist for over 20+ years. Even Mariah and Whitney were not able to sustain so she is being safe with her technique. This will preserve her voice and in result give her more longevity as a singer
