@@mitchelllouis1632 yeah but i feel like when i get rid of that one guy in my back that i could be very dangerous so i dont want to slow thaf play down... most of the time i am kinda doing 2 things at once... like i already want to make an move to pass my opponent at the same time as controlling the ball, if my explanation makes any sense, like in my head im already doing the 2nd thing before ice even controlled the ball, mainly because i dont know what to do after controlling it

@@hawkzrl2109 You must shield the ball when your back is to goal to give yourself time to make a decision. You can play as a target man for a short moment so your teammates can take a breathe or two and come up the field to have more players available. If you want to turn or cut in, you gotta feel the balance of the person you're shielding to get the right timing.
