I click in to see if I can learn something. Were surprised the moment I saw the first explanation of "fu" (福）as "prosperous". This is not correct; think it should mean "happiness". Next is that the left side of the character think should be representing "God" instead of "altar". The right side of character also doesn't mean "container". I didn't continue to watch the video. I thought someone should have edited this prior posting. (I'm a Chinese race and learned Mandarin & English.) Anyone please feel free to advise me if this is not correct. Thanks.

i guess you could use it to mean prosperous in some contexts, like 福兴, 福荣, 福盛 but that's not common, mostly it will just be bliss, fortune, luck and happiness(幸福)- not sure if literally that can be put as "lucky luck" lmao, just joking maybe lucky fortune, but yeah prosperity is usually one of the four words from 繁荣昌盛 adjectives and noun usages in chinese being blurred is not new either, especially in classical text
