Don’t be jealous bro if u can’t do much , not everyone works hard enough. Taking steroids also doesn’t guarantee muscles unless u train for it

Wrong. Two recent studies found that training with a partial range of motion is better for muscle hypertrophy than training with a full range of motion. Training to failure is not always required. you can expect similar increases in muscular strength when comparing training to failure with non-failure training
